iPhone Question

A buddy of mine just called me and said he went to buy an iPhone, but that AT&T told him he could not activate it under his business account.

So basically, that means that no corporate users can use an iPhone. Doesn't that seem odd? Would Apple allow AT&T to eliminate such a large population of potential customers?

If you have any info. on this, or anything to add, please respond to this post.

Thanks,
-jordan

This morning, Squawk Box had the CEO of a company who just came out with a push e-mail application they were marketing toward enterprise users. I think the company was called Visto. I don't know what to make of your friend's story, but I just wanted to point out that there is a movement to make the iPhone more Blackberry-like.

Kevin is right. It is getting done, more and more people in the business world want their iPhone's compatible with their corporate e-mail/business systems. Once this barrier is broken through their price will adjust higher as appropriate :)
