Market Hurt By Mid-East Tensions

Bearish sentiment was running very high in early trading, and helped the market put in a mid-day bottom.

But the escalation of violence in Israel weighed on any potential bounce, and has sent the indexes back to their lows of the day.

The volatility indexes are spiking, as are the put/call ratios. Things could still get ugly into the close, as I doubt many buyers are looking to step up here. But if the UN Security Council can help ease the tensions, we could get a quick snap back.
